🚚 Processing Time
All orders are handmade with love!
Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your item ships. Custom orders may take slightly longer depending on design approval and complexity.
📬 Shipping Time & Method
We ship from Surrey, BC, Canada using Canada Post and other trusted carriers.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Within Canada: 3–9 business days

USA: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Please note: These are estimates only. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery time is out of our hands.
✨ Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Surrey (select at checkout). We'll notify you when your order is ready with pickup details.
📦 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply for select promotions or order minimums.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info (when available).
⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped. If something goes wrong, please contact the carrier directly. If your item arrives damaged, email us with photos at jsjpartyevents@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
